The Benefits of Being a Kayenta Provider
- You will receive referrals from the Kayenta website.
- Your name, address, telephone number, email address and hours of availability
will be listed on our website.
- You will be listed under each problem or issue that you choose.
- You will have a link to your own personal website.
- You can treat all Kayenta clients as cash pay clients
- There is no need to fill out authorization, billing or any other forms
when you see a Kayenta client.
Program Details for Providers
- If you are not a provider for Kayenta, call our office (1-877-529-3682)
and request a provider packet. We can fax, email or send it to
you. In less than 10 minutes you can fill out the one page
application, sign the short contract and fax or mail it back to us.
- You will need a copy of your Professional License or your Approved
Supervision Status and a copy of your liability insurance.
- As a provider, you will contract to charge a Kayenta client no more
than $60 for an individual session or no more than $25 for a group therapy
session.
- Clients will schedule their appointments directly with you, the provider.
- When a client comes for a session, they will show you a copy of an
email receipt.
- You don’t need to file a claim, do any billing or wait for payment.
Simply treat the Kayenta member as a cash client.
