Richard Vande Voort, MS, MFT |
Principal Richard was raised in Illinois and moved to Las Vegas in 1969. After receiving his Masters degree in Educational Psychology at UNLV, he became a therapist and has been a counselor in Las Vegas for many years. He currently works as a UNLV Adjunct Faculty member and has done so since 1992. In 1995 he was appointed by the Governor to the State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists and has been the President since 1999. He worked as a Trainer and Facilitator for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, Las Vegas Fire Department, Clark County Fire Department, Park Service Lake Mead Recreational Area |

Roberta Vande Voort, MS,MFT |
Principal Roberta was raised in Las Vegas and received her Masters degree from UNLV in Counseling and Educational Psychology. For more than 20 years she has served as a Mental Health Provider in Las Vegas. She was the President and the Executive Director of the Nevada Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She participated as Vice Chair of the Nevada Licensed Health Care Providers Coalition. Frequently she is invited to be the guest speaker in community and business settings. In 1999 she was awarded the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Community Achievement Award. |

Cherrie Finch, MA |
Executive Director Cherrie was raised in Las Vegas then moved to the Midwest where she obtained a masters degree in Human Resources. For 12 years she was the Director of Career Development and an Adjunct Professor in the Human Resource masters program at Ottawa University. Through the years, Cherrie has served in many leadership positions including President, and Board of Trustee Chairperson for the Kansas Association of Career Services and Employment. She has received many invitations to make presentations including the regional conference for American Society for Training and Development and the National Career Development Association’s annual conference.

Frances Joslin, MS, MFT

Ms. Joslin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and former life and health insurance agent with extensive experience in national managed health care. Her experience, nationally, includes program development in managed care mental health and utilization review programs, PPO development and contracting, clinical program administration, and numerous provider services for PPO, POS, EPO and HMO insurance corporations. Ms. Joslin has been a speaker at national conferences on mental health and was a leading expert during the farm crisis. Currently she is the President/CEO and co-owner of Provider Profiles, Inc. |

Omega Galliano, MS, MFT

Ms. Galliano is a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Additional certifications enable her to provide DOT substance abuse evaluations and supervision services for clinicians entering the behavioral health field. She has developed three national utilization management programs and employee assistance programs for managed care organizations and insurance companies. Ms. Galliano has been on the management team of several managed health care organizations, has extensive experience in managed care operations, quality assurance, network development and panel selection. Currently she is the Vice President/COO and co-owner of Provider Profiles, Inc. |

Phillip Glessner, MS. MFT

Phil graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a M.S. in Counseling in 1994. His undergraduate degree is in Business Administration from his hometown Cleveland State University. Phil has been a Las Vegas resident since 1981 and is currently licensed in Nevada as a Marriage and Family Therapist and as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Phil has been in the behavioral health field for over twelve years, first as an addictions counselor and later broadening his scope of practice to include treatment of other psychological disorders. He has worked in inpatient, residential and outpatient settings. Phil currently maintains a private practice in Henderson, Nevada. |

Wanda Roper, MSW, LCSW
|
| Wanda graduated from California State University, Fresno with a masters in social work and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in crisis intervention. She has served as a call in counselor for a community hotline, a domestic violence hotline, and a rape crisis hotline. She has provided therapeutic intervention at a woman’s shelter and as a grief and bereavement counselor for hospice. After moving to Las Vegas in 2000, she worked as a psychiatric social worker in the Psychiatric Observation Unit at the state hospital. Wanda is a member of the Nevada state disaster Critical Incident Stress Management mental health team. She also designed the Mobile Crisis Team for Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health. | |
